Quality is assured through work site
inspections, service checklists, direct phone communication when and
as needed, and periodic program performance reviews with management. Safety
rules and procedures are posted, along with OSHA and MSDS
information. All crews are trained in proper procedures,
equipment and chemical use. Propane-powered equipment is
checked regularly for CO emissions. Strict
loss prevention policies, staff screening and coordination with
client LP departments gives us an excellent record. Full
insurance certification is provided for general liability, workers'
compensation and vehicle coverage. In addition, our major
chemical supplier provides expert witness
support if needed in slip-and-fall situations. Major
insurance carriers estimate slip-and-fall costs to average $4,000
per incident, $50,000 to defend, and $100,000 If you lose.
That is significant. Safety is a shared responsibility.
We work with our clients, chemical suppliers and carriers to develop
programs promoting sales floor safety for customers and
employees. |
